Terms and Conditions of the Innovative Green Technology Solutions Foundation Website

1 General provisions

  1. These Regulations define the rules of using the website available at www.igtsf.com (hereinafter: Website).

  2. The administrator of the Website is the Innovative Green Technology Solutions Foundation, located at ul. Olimpijska 2, 81-538 Gdynia, NIP 5862414593, REGON 540954626, KRS 0001156284.

  3. By using the Site, the User accepts the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

2 Definitions

  • Administrator – entity managing the Site and providing electronic services.

  • User – any natural or legal person or organisational unit using the Site.

  • Services – services provided by the Administrator through the Site, such as information about the Foundation, contact forms, possibility to make donations and other functionalities.

3 Terms of use of the Site

  1. The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with applicable law, good practice and the provisions of these Terms of Use.

  2. You may not post content that is unlawful, offensive or which infringes the rights of third parties.

  3. You are fully responsible for all actions taken when using the Site.

  4. The information on the Site is for information purposes only and does not constitute legal advice or any other professional opinion.

4 Scope of electronic services

The Administrator provides Users with information content, contact forms, the possibility to make donations and other functionalities in accordance with the profile of the Foundation’s activities.
The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the scope of services provided.

5 Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All materials posted on the Site, including texts, graphics, logos and layout of the Site, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  2. Copying, modifying, distributing or otherwise using these materials without the Administrator’s consent is prohibited.

6 Administrator’s Responsibility

  1. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that the Website works properly and is free of errors.

  2. The Administrator shall not be liable for:
    (a) damages arising from use of the Site if they result from causes beyond the Administrator’s control,
    b) disturbances in the functioning of the Site caused by force majeure, acts of third parties or incorrect use of the Site by the User.

7 Privacy policy

  1. The rules for the processing of Users’ personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available at → Privacy Policy – IGTSF.

8 Cookies

  1. The Site uses cookies to ensure that the Site works properly and to improve your user experience.

9 Complaint procedure

  1. The User has the right to make a complaint in the event of a malfunction of the services provided through the Site.

  2. The complaint must be made within 7 days of the event giving rise to the complaint.

  3. The complaint should include:
    (a) a description of the problem,
    b) date of the event,
    c) contact details of the person making the complaint (name, surname, e-mail, telephone).

  4. A complaint can be made:
    (a) by e-mail to: igtsf@igtsf.com,
    b) by post to the address: 2 Olimpijska Street, 81-538 Gdynia.

  5. Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt, in complicated cases up to 45 days.

  6. The Foundation may ask for additional information necessary to consider the complaint.

  7. A reply will be sent to the e-mail or postal address provided.

  8. The procedure does not limit the right to judicial redress.

10 Information on withdrawal from the contract

  1. The Foundation does not sell goods or services on the Site, therefore the provisions on withdrawal within 14 days do not apply.

  2. In the event of a change in the profile of its activities, the Foundation will inform users and modify the Terms and Conditions accordingly.

12 Final provisions

  1. The Administrator reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. The new version shall become effective upon its publication on the Site.

  2. Any disputes arising out of the use of the Site shall be settled by a court having jurisdiction over the Foundation’s registered office.

  3. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
